What to do if games don't start?
To be able to run games, please install Java from this address:

What to do if connection to the server fails?
If you have a firewall, please allow connections to server x.playok.com on port 17001. If you don't have a firewall, please ask your network administrator or ISP for assistance.
What can I do if I forgot my password?
Please use password recovery option available from the login form. (If you didn't provide email when registering, password recovery won't be possible).
How can I delete my account?

How does the ranking work?
Most games have ranking based on the popular ELO chess rating system while some have game specific systems (like FIBS in backgammon). We don't provide detailed information about the implementation.
What can I do if I'm harassed by someone?
You can ignore chat and messages from any user by double-clicking his name on the list and selecting the "ignore" option.
Table operators can boot selected users from their tables and make tables private to prevent others from joining.
