A meld consists of 3+ cards of the same value and must include at least two natural cards, no more than three wild cards, and not more wild than natural cards.

Card point values: Joker – 50 pts, Ace and 2 – 20 pts, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8 – 10 pts, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 – 5 pts.
Bonuses: for laying down all cards at once - 200, for laying down all cards not at once - 100, for each natural canasta - 500, for each mixed canasta - 300, for each red three - 100, for having four threes - 400
